On October 10-11, 2024, our Central Lab in Gdańsk hosted the annual meeting of Project Managers from Georgia, Romania, Germany, and Poland. The discussions focused on unifying country-specific approaches to project management and exploring new functionalities of LabOne, our proprietary Clinical Trial Laboratory Management System.
By sharing their experiences, they decided on improvements and how to implement enhancements that will enable our partners to cooperate with us more effectively!
On the second day, the Project Management team took part in an Insights Discovery workshop.
This is a psychometric tool designed to help both individuals and organizations gain a deeper understanding of personality preferences, improve communication, and strengthen team dynamics. The system uses a straightforward, color-coded method to represent different personality types, making it easy to grasp.
One key takeaway for the team was the realization that everyone brings unique strengths and qualities to the workplace, and it’s essential to adjust one’s approach to better collaborate with others.
