Medicover Integrated Clinical Services Sites are engaged in numerous clinical trials, supporting research on hundreds of patients across Poland and Germany. Reports on study results are released each quarter, providing insights into site performance and contributions to clinical research.
The latest report covers a Sjogren’s Disease study involving 182 sites worldwide. We are proud to share that two of our sites, located in Bydgoszcz and Warsaw, Poland, ranked among the top five globally for patient randomization. This reflects our strong capabilities in patient access across different therapeutic areas and efficient operations.
What is Randomization?
Randomization is the process of assigning eligible patients to different treatment groups in a clinical trial using a random method. This ensures that patient distribution is unbiased, improving the reliability and validity of study results. It occurs after the screening phase, once patients have been evaluated and confirmed to meet the trial’s eligibility criteria.
