We are pleased to welcome Agnieszka Paradowska-Gorycka to Medicover Integrated Clinical Services (MICS), where she has taken on the role of Clinical Operations Manager, Poland.
Agnieszka Paradowska‑Gorycka is a highly accomplished clinical operations and scientific leader with over six years of experience in clinical trial management and cross-functional leadership. Holding a rehabilitation degree in medical sciences and the title of Professor, she combines strong scientific expertise with strategic and operational excellence. Since 2021, she has led the Clinical Trials Support Center at the National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation in Warsaw, overseeing end-to-end clinical trial operations and collaboration with sponsors and CROs.
On joining Medicover Integrated Clinical Services, Agnieszka said:

Agnieszka Paradowska‑Gorycka has also served as Scientific Director, shaping the Institute’s research strategy and growth. With extensive experience in leading complex research projects, developing high-performing teams, and optimising operational processes, she brings valuable expertise to further strengthen our clinical and scientific capabilities.
