Our colleague, Wiktoria Stępień, has reached the final five of the 7th edition of the Clinical Trials Leaders competition, and that’s after just one year with us!
“I have a master’s degree in biotechnology with laboratory experience and started working in clinical trials a year ago. The main reason was the opportunity to develop on many levels in this area. In clinical trials, you constantly have to learn and expand your knowledge, no matter your position. Taking part in the Clinical Trials Leaders competition was a test of what I had learnt over the past year. Getting to the finals was a huge honour for me, considering the seniority of my job, and the competition was a great experience and adventure,” says Wiktoria.
Wiktoria works as a Junior Clinical Trials Coordinator at our SMO Medical Centre in Warsaw.
