Our Team Leaders have recently participated in a two-day training session as part of the Leadership Academy programme. Their roles require managing clinical projects with a high level of responsibility, and the workshops provided an opportunity to further strengthen and expand their management competencies.
Reflecting on the training, Katarzyna Zagórska-Fedoruk, Senior Analytical Project Manager and Project Management Team Leader at Medicover MICS, shared:
