Medicover is pleased to announce the successful completion of IFLb Group acquisition, a well-known Berlin-based independent laboratory network with a 35-year legacy. As part of the acquisition, two clinics that were previously under IFLb’s Group ownership, are now part of the Medicover family.

This partnership reinforces Medicover’s commitment to growth in Germany, bringing on board valuable assets, including a state-of-the-art 3,600-square-meter laboratory facility in Berlin and a dedicated team of nearly 150 highly skilled physicians, scientists, and medical-technical staff.
Furthermore, the acquisition of IFLb Group opens up new growth opportunities, strengthens Medicover’s market position in North-East Germany and enables an expanded service offering and improved operational effectiveness. A PMI team will work together to execute identified areas for synergies, aiming for a seamless integration.
