Regular collaboration between Central Lab project teams and affiliated laboratories plays a key role in keeping clinical trial operations efficient and responsive. This time, our Project Managers met with colleagues in Berlin, Germany, to review laboratory workflows, discuss process improvements, and explore new functionalities in LabOne, our CTMLS system supporting laboratory management in clinical trials.
As part of this on-site visit, participants exchanged experiences and best practices to further enhance coordination and efficiency across all laboratory sites.
