Our Medicover MICS Clinical Research Coordinators recently took part in a workshop focused on building stronger collaboration through a better understanding of individual strengths, based on the Gallup talent methodology.
The session aimed to help the team identify how their personal talents shape their work, communication, and relationships with colleagues. It was a chance to explore how everyone can contribute most effectively by doing what they do best – and supporting others in doing the same.
“We had the opportunity to better understand our own strengths, but also to see things from others’ perspectives – which is especially important in teamwork. We also learned how to apply our talents in practice to work more efficiently, avoid misunderstandings, and build greater trust within the team.” – says Andrzej Gardocki, Clinical Research Coordinator
The workshop was met with very positive feedback. Participants appreciated the open atmosphere and practical tools they could take back to their daily work. There are already plans to extend the program to other teams, including Sample Management and Logistics.
